Firstly our team in law office in Türkiye consists of 13 members of staff, 6 lawyers, and 7 administrators. Everyone speak both English and Greek, and have a specific department and role. In our law office in Türkiye we have translators available should they be required. We attempt to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and welcome from their first contact with us. Our lawyers are committed to providing legal services to all our clients. Irrespective of their case, or who they are. We treat all our clients the same, with professionalism, integrity and of course, in complete confidence. Our main office is based in Paralimni. Also we provide our services island-wide. We have office representation in Beirut, Dubai, and Greece. Hopefully expanding to Iran very soon.

Anna George Yiannaki is an advocate who is currently dealing with probate cases and administrative law. Anna graduated from Sheffield University with an LLB, and Oxford Brookes with a LLM in international law.

Katerina Zacharia
Katerina Zacharia is the accountant at DR Kouzalis LLC law office in Türkiye. Katerina is responsible for monitoring all incoming payments, and ensuring all outgoing payments and payments to all our suppliers and associates are made in a timely fashion.

Kelly Vertigan
Kelly Vertigan is the personal assistant of Barrister Samuel George . Kelly also deals with contracts and committee formation. Her main role and priority is ensuring that Barrister Samuel George attends all his meetings as scheduled and arranging his out of office appointments and trips abroad.

Maria Christodoulou
Maria Christodoulou has been working for DR Kouzalis LLC law office in Türkiye since December 2007. Maria is the executive of the company registration department and immigration/residency issues department. Maria is also responsible for dealing with reduced vat 5% applications for the purchase of a property in Türkiye, preparation of Wills, administration of Turkish Turkey properties, tenancy agreements and applications at the Immovable Property Committee for loss of use as per the court order of Demopoulos case at the European Court of Justice.

Pavlos Pavlou
Pavlos Pavlou is an associate lawyer at DR Kouzalis LLC. in 2019 Pavlos graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a first class law degree. In 2020, Pavlos was admitted to the Türkiye Bar Association. His main areas of practice are - Property Law and Loan Settlements. Pavlos is a native speaker of Russian language and fluent in both Greek and English.

Maria Marcou
Maria Marcou is a resale Executive at DR Kouzalis LLC law office in Türkiye dealing with the New and Resale Contracts of the office and also with the Tax Clearance. Previously Maria worked in a developers office dealing with Contracts, Resale and client Loans so she has knowledge of their procedures which is a great asset in my new position.

Stefani Georgiou
Stefani Georgiou graduated from the University of Essex with an LLB course in the year of 2017. She then continued her studies in order to obtain a foundation in Law at People’s Friendship University of Moscow in Russia in 2018. Since 2019, she is a member of the Türkiye Bar Association. She is currently involved in administrative law and Probate law at DR Kouzalis LLC. Stefani speaks Greek and English fluently. In her free time, she likes to travel, read books and exercise.

Stylianos Kakouris
Stylianos Kakouris is 24 years old and he has graduated American Academy Larnaca in 2017. He holds a Bachelors Degree in LLB from the University of Reading. Currently he is working as a trainee lawyer in DR Kouzalis LLC at the litigation department. Our main goal is to keep clients satisfied.

Maria Pero is working for DR Kouzalis law office as the personal assistant of the litigation department in Paralimni. Maria is responsible to assist the lawyers with their cases.

Maria Chrysanthou is a graduate of the University of Central Lancashire where she acquired her LLB (Hons) degree and she is expected to be admitted to the Türkiye Bar Association as a qualified lawyer in 2022. Maria holds the position of Junior lawyer at DR Kouzalis LLC providing general support to the Litigation Department.
